Your visit
Steam, cool, repeat! Here’s everything you need to know before, during, and after your sauna visit.
Before your visit
Booking
- Book you sauna session conveniently online.
- For a relaxing sauna experience, we recommend to book at least 2 hours.
- In case of short-term bookings, please note that the heater needs at least 1 hour to preheat.
Access code
- Access to the sauna is granted with your personal access code. The code will be sent to you automatically by SMS and e-mail on the day of your sauna session.
- Important: memorise the code well! The sauna door closes automatically and can only be opened with the access code.
Temperature
- To choose your desired temperature, click on My reservation in the e-mail (booking confirmation) and then on Sauna.
- Select the desired temperature.
Packing list
- Bath towels: one to sit on and one to dry off with
- Bathrobe: for breaks in the fresh air between sauna sessions
- Bath slippers: for the walk to the lake or the toilet
- Drinks: approx. 1.5 liters of water or tea
During your visit
Water for the sauna
- Lake water can be used for the infusion without hesitation.
- A bucket is provided at the bathing jetties for scooping water.
- Make sure that it is free of driftwood or leaves.
- Please fill the bucket after your session for the next guests.
Temperature change
During the sauna session, the temperature can only be adjusted online:
- Open your booking confirmation or the access code e-mail.
- Click on My reservation and then on Sauna.
- Then select the desired temperature.
Sauna etiquette
We and other guests are grateful if you take the following points to heart:
- Shower before going to the sauna (= at home)
- Always sit on a bath towel to sweat
- No shoes or flip-flops in the sauna room
Swimming
- Bathing in the lake is not part of the sauna offer
- Bathing is at your own risk
- There is no lifeguard on site
- The cold water bath bears risks and is reserved for experienced persons only
- People with high blood pressure, heart or vascular disease or diabetes should refrain from bathing in cold water in any case
After your visit
Help us
We kindly ask you to leave the sauna as you found it.
- Remove the largest impurities (e.g. leaves, grass)
- Dispose of waste outside the pop-up sauna or at home
- Do not forget any personal belongings or valuables
